A nutritious breakfast is crucial for every diet. It doesn’t have to be complicated or big; a bowl of oatmeal with some fruit or half of the avocado with a couple of eggs would do to get your day started right.
Now those days you can buy an egg cooker, which is a real game changer if you want to save time in the morning.
Try to have breakfast within the first hour of getting up.
The first meal of the day, breakfast should be eaten as soon as possible after waking up. But no rule would point to a specific time for breakfast. Everything, after all, depends on your day-to-day routine and the time of day you choose to rise from bed.

To be honest it did help me when I was desperately trying to lose weight a few years ago.
After the big 40 trying to lose weight was getting harder. Mostly diets like the Whole 30 or 21-day fat loss challenge (the most successful ones for me) require eating 3 to 4 times a day. So, I started my day with a healthy breakfast which usually included eggs, veggies, avocado, or oatmeal.
To fit three meals a day before 7 p.m., it was necessary to include breakfast. We need extra time to digest what we eat, and I believe 4-5 hours between meals was a good compromise. As you can see, having breakfast will benefit in losing weight.
I guess the schedule of regular meals and the feeling of not being hungry all day helped me to lose those extra pounds.

I’m sure you think of breakfast as a bowl of cereal, toast, or eggs, but it’s time to realize that breakfast is only a name for your first meal. That means that you can eat anything you want, as long as it’s nutritious and satisfying.
