Hello there! My name is Evon, and I’m the autoimmune disorder warrior and face of this website.

Life can be difficult at times, but we can get back on track with a huge smile, a few positive steps, and good habits—even when life throws us a curveball!

So, come along with me as we explore ways to make our lives better together! Let’s be healthier, happier, and more successful.

My Story

In 2006, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and the doctors said that my life would never be the same. This diagnosis rocked my world.

After a year of feeling bad about myself, it was time for a change to help me feel better. It was time to prove to the world that I could succeed despite my diagnosis.

I started searching for healthier habits and ways to live better with my condition. I changed my diet, started exercising regularly, meditated more often, began journaling every day, and worked on my mental health.

By taking a different approach to beating the disease with good changes, a smile, and a positive attitude, I started to see improvements in my health.

These changes made me feel confident in myself and gave me the courage to pursue my dreams.
